About Me

I live in New York City. Well, I don't really live in Manhattan, I live in a suburb, but for all intents and purposes, I live in the big apple. Arguably the most exciting city in the world. I actually LIVE here. Work, play, eat, go to the Starbucks in Times Square, live here. And I, unfortunately, am a ridiculous creature of habit. I walk the same way to work, eat at the same restaurants, and come home at night to sit on the sofa and watch Biggest Loser. I try new things from time to time, but I do not by any stretch of the imagination, take full advantage of living within jogging distance of the center of the world. So, in honor of a new year and a new decade, I have challenged myself to try one new thing in New York every day for the next month. I was advised against committing to a year, so I'll try a month and then see how it goes from there. Obviously, I'm going to blog about all my new (and hopefully mostly fun) experiences as blogging will hopefully help me stick to my resolution. Which brings me to new thing number one. Starting a blog.
